The Palmline app
The Palmline app collects nothing about you. It is for iPhone and iPad.
- No account and no sign-in. You never have to give a name or an email address.
- No analytics, no ads and no tracking of any kind. The app has no third-party code.
- The app does not contact any server of ours, and it sends nothing about you or your device to anyone.
- Your settings (like your platform, store region and spoiler level), your reminder choices and your badges are saved on your device and stay there. Nothing is uploaded.
- Reminders are optional. They are set up and shown on your device, and the app asks before it sends any. You can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings.
- When you tap “Open the source” on a countdown note, the source’s own site opens in Safari. That is a visit you chose to make; the app does not see it.
- Sharing is your choice. If you tap Share, you pick where it goes, and Palmline sends nothing itself.
- To remove everything the app saved, delete the app. Everything it saved on your device goes with it.
- Children: the app collects nothing from anyone, children included, so there is nothing to ask a parent about.
This website
This website collects nothing about you. It has no accounts and no forms.
- No cookies.
- No analytics, no ads and no tracking of any kind.
- No requests to other companies’ servers: the pages, styles, script and images all come from this site. (Source links open the source’s own site only if you tap them.)
- One thing is saved in your browser, on your device only: the store you pick for the countdown, so it is still selected next time. It is never sent anywhere. Clear your browser’s site data to remove it.
- So the countdown still works with no connection, the site keeps a copy of its own pages on your device (a service worker and a cache); clearing the site’s data in your browser removes it.
The host that serves this site may keep ordinary technical logs (for example, to keep the site running and secure), as any web host does. We do not add anything to them and we do not use them to identify anyone.
