To help us help you, please include your device (for example, iPhone or iPad), your iOS version, and the app version. You can find the app version in Settings, under About, on the Version row. Tell us what you expected and what happened instead.

We never ask for your passwords or account details. If a message asks you for them, it is not from us.

Spoilers

Everything we publish has a spoiler level. You choose how much you want to see.

• No spoilers: only release dates and logistics.
• Mechanics: also gameplay systems and features.
• Story: also characters and plot.
• Ending: everything, including how it ends.

To change it, open Settings and pick a level under Spoilers. It applies to notifications. Notifications never contain spoilers.

Data and sources

Before launch, we show only what the publisher has confirmed. Each time carries a label (Verified, Reported or Estimated) and, where there is one, a link to where it came from. If we do not know something, we say so.

We never use leaked or datamined content, and no rumors. If a number looks wrong, email us through Contact and tell us which value, where you saw it, and your source. We will check it and correct it if it is wrong.

Offline

The unlock countdown is worked out on your device from a table saved inside the app, so it keeps counting with no connection. The time is shown in your own local time.

Your data and privacy

Palmline has no account and collects no data. Your choices and progress stay on your device. For the App Store privacy label, that is “Data Not Collected.”

To remove everything the app saved, delete the app. Everything it saved on your device goes with it.
